Kobas Farm and Agistment Centre
I paid $65 a week for 2 years to use a half acre paddock where only half of that was grazable. In Heavy Rain the Paddocks flood with saltwater tidal creeks. The Paddocks are not rotated and are generally horse sour/sick. There is nowhere to be able to ride out and when I left she kept my $100 bond because there were 3 manures in the paddock that were underwater at the time so I couldn't get to them. Do not recommend anyone agist here. The owner is unfair and unreasonable. I paid my agistment on time every time and did everything she asked of me. It’s no kind of happy place I’d have my horses !!
