Kartaway Skip Bin Hire Melbourne

Great service, very easy to book and was a easy drop off and pick up. Driver was accomodating and placed the bin exactly where we needed it. We were able to get it loaded more easily and finally clean out the garage!

I hired a skip bin off Kartaway to help with the clean up of my Grandmothers yard in Seaholme. The bin was delivered on a Saturday as I needed to be there to help Granny with the delivery & all went well. They allowed me to keep it on site for an extra week until we could clean up the yard & the pick up happened 2 days after I requested it be removed. No complaints at all & Granny happy which is the important thing.

Kartaway Mini Skips provided a very smooth and efficient skip bin service. From booking to drop off, including a very helpful driver who filled us in on requirements (not to go over the lip of the bin etc), to the pick up and removal, the Kartaway crew did a great job for us. Their estimates and information made sure we had the correct skip bin size for our garden debris removal needs and we will definitely be using their service again in the future.

Kartaway were unfortunately engaged for bin rental when I was getting my roof fixed. Despite the street being about 20metres wide, the driver managed to crash into my fence and gate causing significant damage. I subsequently found out the driver was a contractor and therefore Kartaway takes no responsibility. This meant I had to make an insurance claim through the contractors insurance policy - an extremely frustrating process when I have no direct contact with the driver and all communications are still through Kartaway. When asked for updates on the progress of the claim they just shrug and say they don't know as it's not their policy - leaving me to spend hours on the phone with an insurance company that has no apparent interest in paying the money. 3 months later and I am still without a fence and gate. Extremely disappointing and I hope never to deal with this company again.

Booked a bin and was told by a phone operator I needed a permit and he couldn’t help me with one I had to get it myself. Tried to call council and didn’t get through so I had to cancel. Kartaway still took payment of $55 even though I wasn’t provided the correct information. They then told me it was my fault and I didn’t listen properly. Still haven’t been refunded my $265 dollars they still owe me

Kartaway are great to deal with. I've been using them for a couple of years and they're always on time with their pickups and ensure they leave the bin out of the way (versus some others that dump it wherever!). I have a small cabinet making business and they're excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

This company didnt deliver a bin i booked 1 week prior. I have booked a bin on the 17th june for the 24th delivery. Nothing had arrived. I had no correspondence from anyone to say wheter any where available or not. I now have to wait a week again to now find someone else. Not very professional.

I was very pleased and impressed with the quality and the service of Kartaway. Of all the companies and people I have dealt with during the renovation of my late grandmothers house in Port Melbourne Kartaway has been the best! Very easy to deal with over the phone, on time delivery and pickup and flexibility as well when I needed the skip a bit longer than I first thought due to discovering a large amount of rubble and bricks under the house. I will certainly hire them again in the future!
