It took a month and a week before I could have the phone repaired, I asked for an original screen but they installed a third party one charging the same price and there were traces of glue everywhere around the screen, so they didn't clean it properly. Nothing against the guys but I think the job was unprofessional and I don't feel recommending the place. Best luck for the business anyway though.

Got a new iPhone from Apple today and went into PTC to get some protection for the phone. The girl named Echo was a absolute charm. She recommended me choose the right case (Ottobox) and helped me with the screen protector. Nice, quick and professional service. Ver happy

I had a great experience with the team.My phone wasn't charging properly and needed some help.They were prompt and rather than try to charge me more for a full new part, they gave it a good clean and it was half the price.Will definitely go back!!

Bought two cases here, when they fail they will never honour a warranty. Never buy here, warranty on a case seal is very important when you pay $120+. Better off buying eBay special for $20 and replace regularly instead of wasting so much on what is meant to be a quality case
