QBD Books Tuggerah

What an asset Steve is to QBD Tuggerah. Steve was very polite on the phone, extremely helpful in locating the book my 7yo grandson wants to buy his mum for mums day and presents as someone who truly luvs his job - Steve's customer service skills are amazing!!!! Thankyou Steve :-)

Such an amazing place and the workers are beyond incredible, they are very helpful and help you whenever you need.

Have been shopping at QBD ever since they’ve been at Tuggerah - joined loyalty reward program but never seemed to get rewarded. Went to this store recently for Christmas shopping & was advised all my reward points have been cancelled & I have to Pay!!! to re-apply if I want to remain a loyalty reward member! Disgusted QBD!! Luckily there are lots of other stores at Tuggerah that sell books at a reasonable price.

Visited store on Saturday, firstly observed other customer at counter be ignored by the older man what appeared to be the manager, he was looking in her direction although turned away from her, she was right in front of him, a good few minutes went by & he never looked up at all too assist, secondly I went into store approx 10mins later to look for a book, again I stood in same spot in front of counter. Same man was behind counter. He never looked up to assist. I tried to get his attention, still he never looked up from his phone or computer.I decided to leave , as I left he looked up at asked “can I help “. I said no I’ve been waiting for assistance for 5mins and nothing, I went to Big W instead and made my purchase.

There are so many options for you, the one you love or for someone you many not know too well. Extensive range and they've always got discounted books as well as all the new releases. Staff and friendly and helpful.
