If you want one of the worst customer experiences book your trip here. Told us our flight was booked with extra leg room seating (says it right on the receipt). Then, called several hours later stating oops we made a mistake, not extra leg room seating. Asked them to cancel and they said no can do it is non refundable. What?! They would not work with us to rectify their mistake. Disputed the payment via our credit card in order to cancel.

Do not recommend. You are better off booking direct with the airline as the Flight Centre staff at the Hyperdome are no help when issues arise with booking. They just play the blame game rather then fixing issues and they do not get back to you when you email for assistance in fixing issues they have created. Terrible service.

Had to cancel my flight due to losing my job, it was over a month before flying and I also paid cash. They said it would take 12 to 16 weeks for your refund to arrive also have to pay the airlines 500 dollars cancellation fee. How can it take so long to get a refund. Can flight center not pay the refund back straight away and have them wait 16 weeks for the airline to pay them. Really bad customer service. Would never use again and I could never recommend

Made an hour long round trip to Loganholme shop which opened at 10 according to their website only to find it closed. I guess I'll go to their opposition and suggest others do the same

The Best Business for booking a Holiday Guaranteed we Recently booked a Holiday to NZ . We were Looked after by Dana at the Hyperdome Branch may i say Dana did a Tremendous job with booking our Getaway and She provided us with the Best Options for Travel insurance and Rental Car options which suited my family , Also we had to make a Claim through our Arranged insurance and Dana Really took time Out to Assist us with it all.Bottom line Flight Centre Hyperdome and Dana are the best

Completely disinterested crew. Found prices elsewhere $1000 cheaper per person and told them. They didn't care. Said they can't match any price unless it's from their website or airline directly. This wasn't their policy before. They would beat it by $1 and you would go there because the service was amazing. Really disappointed.

Tim from the Loganholme store has done an excellent job in selecting a busy around the world holiday package for my family, and has spent a lot of time putting everything together at a really good price and discussing it all with me in detail. He’s been really wonderful to deal with. It’s made such a difference as I would have been able to do it all myself.

Been using Flight Centre for overseas bookings for at least the last 6 months. Have found Abbey an absolute delight to deal with. She has constantly got me very competitive prices on my tickets and her customer service has been even better. Very professional.

Dana organised few trips for our family, and we are extremely happy with service.She always goes above and beyond to meet our requirements.Highly recommend.

I got my flight tickets first time from this store. I don’t want to share names but i have complaint about some staff. I hope someone can take it serious. I kindly asked to have special meal (vegan, halal, kosher etc.) they kindly said it has been added on the system. But, when i did my trips, they didn’t serve me special food. They just gave me the food what they serve during flight. That was the first disappointment. Secondly, i got a small paperwork issue on the way back to Australia. I kindly email them, but none of the staff didn’t get back to me. The 3 star rating is for the good pricing and nice conversation while we book the ticket. Other than that, you won’t deserve any other star ratings…
