Took my Merida Ebike in after multiple issues that no other bike shop could solve. Louise took her time diagnosing the exact issue with the bike and had it sorted for me. Couldn't be happier with the communication, dedication and service they provided as she went above and beyond. A++

I came in with a flat tyre and was quite upset and worried about the process and the cost involved. Will was amazing and helped change my bike tube and tape, all while walking me through the entire process.Customer service at Rideshop is excellent, highly recommend Will and the team - they are very knowledgeable and friendly. I rang Louise on a Thursday about my deflated back tyre. She patiently talked me through what I'd need to do to get it fixed. I brought it in at 830AM on the Friday and by 945AM the issue was resolved and my bike was ready for collection.Louise wasn't there when I picked it up, but I was served by a very nice young man. My thanks to him too!It was $25 for the entire thing and a wonderful experience all round. Will bring my bike here in the future for sure!

The staff at Rideshop are so friendly and helpful. I used to go to another bike shop nearby, but found that I was often ignored, standing in the doorway while (usually the men) had discussions among themselves around me. When I walked into Rideshop for the first time I was greeted, the staff showed interest in me and provided helpful service. I've been going back there for the past six months and they are fantastic every time. They have gained a loyal customer.

Top service, I will be coming back! Stopped in to have some spokes retensioned and wheel retrued, half expecting them to ask me to make a booking. They were more than happy to do it in the spot, were very friendly and made good conversation while the job was done. Will definitely be going back.

Rideshop in Braddon has been looking after me since I first moved to Canberra in 2019 as a relative non-cyclist. They're always completely no-fuss, offering great advice and being honest and up front about my options. They service all of my bikes and have supported me through my transition to triathlon, through multiple crashes, several bike thefts, and many other situations where all I needed was clear and honest service.Pretty much everything you want in a local bike store. Thanks to the rideshop crew and keep it up.

I just bought a second hand bike elsewhere and needed all the gears and whistles so went in and Will was super helpful.Got everything I need (helmet, lock, lights, bottle , phone holder, bags) and he was very patient explaining everything.
