From the first phone call I made I was impressed. Nicola understood immediately exactly what I wanted when I described my bag to her. (A friend loves my bag and wanted one). When I called in at the store later on, she immediately reached for the bag and it turned out to be exactly the same bag as my own. Icing on cake - it was half price. I bought two, as mine is looking a bit worn now. I will definitely shop there again. Thank you Nicola. Fabulous service.

Kate at Nunawading was so helpful.. We we're trying too find carry on luggage only!With so many restrictions on size/ weight etc. There knowledge and time too show us all options/brands was very welcome. Two new cases purchased.. thanks Kate
