Got my ducted vacuum serviced by Eagle Home Solutions, the tech that came out was great and answered all my questions.Definitely would recommend!

I’ve made some Enquiries in regards to my VOLTA ducted vacuum cleaner as is not stoping by itself anymore. I was told that will cost me $140.00 just for coming out , that’s 7 km from where I am in South Morang and I’ll have to wait almost 2 weeks until next availability . It will cost you cheaper , only $60.00 if you disassembly the unit and bring it to the store . Really? Is this a 5 star business? And this is are only the fees because you use them to fix your problem. On top of that who knows how much are they charging for parts.A good hand held vacuum cleaner price is around $300. Why on earth I want to give my business to this lot? No way!

I’ve dealt with them a couple of times for ducted vacuum services. Have always found them to be professional.

When I lived in Melbourne I rented a house in Coburg, Melbourne. The house had an existing ducted vac but it didn't work. Our landlord agreed to pay for it if we got it repaired. We called ducted vac and their service was beyond what is normally expected. They had their repair team come out and have a look at the motor. We thought it would need to be replaced but apparently it just needed some new parts and saved our landlord from buying a new electric motor. I highly recommend the team at ducted vac/eagle home solutions.

Had eagle come out to do a repair of a ducted vacuum system that was possibly blocked due to children putting items in the vents. They attended and fixed" it by doing a reverse suction of the system. When I went to use it next it still wasn't working. Contacted them to come back which they said they would
