The staff need better people skills Meg she very rudely continuously speaks over you and doesn't listen to what you have to say. The first girl hung up on me.Jason told me it was all sorted (it was not) Nathan said he would have to check with his boss.very unsatisfactory service.

The staff are very helpful and genuine. They'll always go out of their way to help out.There's a good range of products.They could definitly improve the nursery area, it always looks a bit sad.Also need to keep products stocked up in a more timely manner, often they are out of stock of certain products for a long period of time.

The Coop supplies a certified organic range, from mulch to chicken scratch feed and layer mash. It is generally available in stock as well which is awesome.Great staff, parking under cover for the usual rainy days here the highlands makes this our go to store for all the things we need around the property.We have purchased out gates, fencing gear, wet weather gear and boots from the co-op, and they now have a local foods section for the local suppliers to stock their produce. Great supporters of the local businesses.

Unfortunately for rabbit owners they don't stock any healthy rabbit mix but otherwise they are great! Always get my oaten hay bags here.

Great service by a new member of staff who was right onto my problem. Unfortunately she was sneered on by other childish staff. Hope she toughs it out and natural attrition will sort the others out.

Well being a acre farm owner in Burradoo actually I need to visit the Co Op often to pretend to be a farmer like a lot of people in the highlands. I put on my RM Williams jump in my Landcruiser and go to the Co Op to look the part and feel farmer like and the staff are always helpful.

I go to the co op all the time and have had the best customer service ...They always load my goods into my car, wouldn't go any where else.
