I attended K & R Plumbing Toowoomba to enquire and order toilet seats. The staff member appeared very capable and involved in accessing the correct item and assured me we would be phoned when the items were in store.Approximately 2 1/2 weeks later I made a follow-up call to ascertain progress. It was determined that the items in question had not been ordered. The second staff member assured me she would track down the why" and get back to me. I do not expect a return phone call after more passing weeks.Very disappointed in the lack of service by two staff members. I will not be recommending this business."

Don't know who is at fault, but on searching for k&r Warwick online, easily found an address, turned up on my way enroute from Brisbane to Texas, only to find an unattended premises behind locked gates.Looks like they have closed down that outlet.
