WalkSmart Pyrmont - Electric Scooters

What a great experience. My wife and I rented scooters for around 6 weeks and we’ll do it again in the future. These guys make it really easy. Whether you want to borrow a scooter for a few hours, a few days, or for longer (with the Panda Pass subscription), I’d highly recommend WalkSmart.

Update: just had a call and text from Ned who was so lovely. Unfortunately they’re going out of business due to the high amount of theft and I’m so sad that humans have destroyed such an incredible concept! Happy to support them in any way I can, am extremely happy with the outcome. All the best, Walksmart Team!Previous review: Purchased a subscription online and thought it strange that there was no mention of when the scooter would be ready for pickup. Phone calls go unanswered. Booked an in-store appointment on their website but when I arrived the store was closed. One reply to my email advising my scooter would be ready Monday/Tuesday but no goods/services received to date. Two payments have been taken from my account and the store is now marked ‘Temporarily Closed’ on google. AVOID.

We bought our escooter from here and the after purchase service is amazing. Always so helpful and the knowledge of equipment they have in store. I hired one as well and it was such good value and again the machine knowledge and advice was so good.

Well I’m impressed! I hired a scooter for a month. It was awesome. No trouble cancelling my subscription at the end of the month and getting my deposit back. It’s a great way to dip your toes into the world of electric scooters. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Edwardo was amazing with his service. Guys down here are very helpful and patience and with appropriate product knowledge. A wide variety of scooters to choose from for different needs.
