Moving offices with Mr Hugo from the start to the finish was by far the best experience I have ever had with a move. We had a complicated move with lots of packing, 4 levels of stairs and poor street access on both ends - not to mention the changes we made to the job on the run. They handled everything with courteous and efficient service. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Carlos and Laticia and their delightful team of movers.

Mr Hugo Removals & Storage
I have just used Mr Hugo for my third move and can't recommend them enough. Each time Leticia has done whatever it takes to schedule in moves around tight timeframes and is always quick to respond and just make it happen. Each time the removalists have been very professional, on time, very careful and respectful of my items and have got the job done quickly. Overall the experience each time is nothing short of perfect. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant removals could not be happier with the three men two truck team. Smiling all 8 and a half hours up 43 stairs on the second floor professional team could not be happier asked us were we wanted furniture pouring rain no complaints still smiling thanks for making the move less stressful. Been meaning to post this review for a yer now. Mr. Hugos Removals are the best Ive come across from the first phone call right up till the job is complete. They are professional and organised in every aspect of what they do.I would use them again and do not hesitate in recommending them.
