Visited Oxley store on the weekend and found the staff there awesome. Delt with Danielle who was just lovely and Claire was brilliant too.

The girls at Eureka street Oxley are absolutely amazing. There was a mix up with my delivery which they sorted out within hours. They went above and beyond and personally delivered the heavy item to my home address by lunchtime! Could not recommend the customer service enough. Will definitely be back to the Oxley store.

All went well with the purchase but when collecting from the warehouse was an issue. I have purchased a few times but your warehouse house staff need to be addressed for customer services skills

Would give a 0 if i could. On the first delivery the driver delivered the wrong colour couch and just shrugged his shoulders he also damaged a $8000 tree. Took me nearly a week to get into contact with the store and a new delivery date arranged, no one would pick up the phone or respond to emails. After I attempted to escalate the damage to my property further head office told me to just re propagate it? After back and forths was offered a $100 gift card in which the store would contact me about and never did. Doesn't compensate at all for the damage.Gets even better, on the second delivery it was the correct couch! Wow imagine that everything went well, WRONG they managed to take a chuck out of the front door entrance removing the wrong colour couch. Only shopped here because of the sale price on the couch and would not be back.

Very happy with their products. Can be time consuming as most comes from overseas.So if you want something urgently you may not get it soon.
