I've been using the team at Rnegade Detailing to look after my Golf for a couple of years now and they've never let me down. I love the convenience of their mobile service (they come to you!) and the fact that they can do a better job than I ever could but in a third of the time. They save me time, money and I get a great looking car too boot!Thanks guys, can't wait till my next booking.

Rob is very passionate about what he does that is shown instantly. He educated me on his process and how to maintain and look after my car afterwards. You get what you pay for and its certainly the case here. Rob knows his products and paints and if he doesn't know something he will go away and research it for you.My car now stays looking cleaner for longer because of his services and the products he uses. Could not recommend him enough.

Avoid Rnegade Detailing at all costs. Rob is both a dishonest and dodgy operator. Rob quoted me $180 per car to provide a basic inside and out clean. Based on his online reviews, I accepted the price and booked with Rob, despite other companies in the area charging $140 for the same service.Personally, I felt Rob did a mediocre job of the cars especially the 2nd vehicle, we could have achieved the same clean with $15 at a drive through car wash. Later that day Rob emailed me with an invoice for $550. At no point did Rob mention that his quote had changed from $360 to $550 which gave us NO opportunity to accept or decline the unexpected $190 increase in charges. I called Rob to request he honoured the quoted price expecting this to be a straightforward call, given by law you must disclose costs to a customer.Rob refused to settle on the quoted figure and handled the situation rudely and arrogantly over a number of calls. This has been a terrible customer experience and I feel completely ripped off. Do yourself a favour put the money towards something worthwhile and clean your car yourself, or support an honest company that cares about proper customer service. Disgraceful.

Rnegade Detailing has been regularly detailing my company vehicles for over 2 years. The Quality of work from Rob and his team is second to none, every time. These guys detailed my car before sale and did a very high quality job. Rob really knows how to run a small business very professionally. He was happy to be flexible with the package of work that I was asking for. The guys doing the work clearly take pride in their work. I'm very happy. The job will easily add more in value to the car sale than it cost.

Rob's service is outstanding. I had Rnegade detail both my Dodge Viper and Toyota Prado before sale. Both cars sold quickly and I got exactly what I was asking due to the 'wow' factor from his work. His service and communication are outstanding, and he is a professional in his work to boot. I couldn't recommend his business highly enough. 11/10!

Rnegade did a fantastic job getting some deep scratches out of my Subaru's bonnet. He worked within my price range and was able to pull off a miracle to nearly completely remove the scratches. I was very pleased and he was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!
