Called looking for a van door based on online ad: someone answered and hung up immediately, called again and the bloke who answered sounded agitated and was altogether rude when I asked questions about quality (responses like what do you want, which one, look at the photos etc). Appalling customer service from the business first point of contact.Changed original rating as the individual returned the call and explained better

I was looking for the sunroof switchbox for my car. I got the confirmation on facebook market that it was available and they sent me the price for it as well. To confirm it, I even sent the picture. I drove almost an hour to reach the location only to find out that the switchbox they had was from a car which even didn’t have sunroof. Had to return disappointed.

Giving a two only because he had parts I needed. Otherwise owner very rude, took 15 mins to be assisted couldn’t locate any staff who were willing to help. Payed cash and was told they had no change in an attempt to get more than the quote price. After all that he asks for positive reviews.

Excellent communication and packaged a large car door to be picked up by my courier. I live 4hrs away in rural NSW so this was fantastic since I couldn't collect myself. Very helpful staff and im grateful for their efforts. Thankyou!
