I’ve bought some of their products from Coles when on special or marked down as I can’t afford it otherwise. For the usual price one pays, I believe a lot of their products have too many fillers like rice flour up towards 70% which I think isn’t great. I’m sure it’s good enough quality but for how it is marketed as a fancy meat item, I think the ingredients list is far too sparse for someone like me who’s ketovore.

My fav butcher is now in St Kilda!!! Cannot wait to have another BBQ! I recently purchased meat from there - all was great, especially the sausages they were phenomenal.

Quite a nice surprise .lovely range of meats, hot sauces, some premade dishes too. Definitely worth a look. You step inside the store and you'd swear you're not in St kilda. Customer service and attentiveness is also good too.

Bought a couple of these guys meat pies for dinner last week. Easily, Easily the best meat pie that I have ever eaten. Not cheap, but worth every cent. A rich and tasty pastry (is that suet?) And the filling was so rich and full of flavour and chock full of meat. Utterly delicious. Thanks and will buy them again.

BRILLIANT! Now I know why chefs cry. You never had deli like this. Go for the Wagu pastrami and smoked turkey. Everything else too. Tell the staff what you want to cook and they will help. A high-end butcher and gourmet shop.
