Woolworths Crows Nest
This is an interesting store whose layout is over 2 floors. Fruit and vegetables, bakery and salads on the ground floor and general groceries including fresh seafood and meat, dairy and frozen foods on the lower level. The lower level is accessible via travelators or a lift. Fresh bread is not baked in-store which is a shame. Even though I'm local I don't usually shop at this store as I find the Northbridge store leaves this one for dead, it has a better range of products and the staff are much more friendly and helpful.

Split Level headcase of a Woolworthshalf the deli is downstairs, other half upstairs.Parking is a bit of a pain.Produce is still good plus they have a small Thomas dux section and a local products selection

One of the best Woolies I've been to, massive with two levels, great deli, bakery and sushi sections, the store is so well kept and the staff are the most helpful.

They sell some new mini fruit types at crows nest Woolies. Tiny capsicums, watermelons and tomato’s! Exciting to try new things, very convenient sizing!!

Have loved the online service since covid although in the last eight weeks the quality of service and customer care has dropped significantly. I've had so many issues with orders, just picked up an online order with all my frozen items missing and six litres of coconut water packed on top of my bread, fruit and other soft items. When I raised my concern the team member basically said because its a big order everything has to be stacked on top of each other (all other times Ive been given two trolleys!). They didnt really care for my feedback. When I left all the fruit came tumbling out of my trolley. I've been substituted paracetamol for paracatemol with caffeine which doesnt make much sense if you're sick! Do yourself a favour and avoid online shops here they don't really care for your items or your feedback. What a nightmare.

The carpark goes the wrong way, so if you want to go up or down a level you have to drive around the entire thing. Its as if the design was originally intended for a country that drives on the other side of the road. Takes forever to park and forever to leave

I always come here for my groceries shopping. The Woolworths have two levels. I never feel over crowded and I always manage to get exactly what I want at this store. If you are driving, there is a free parking at this location.

I bought this Durian and it got moldy after a day out in the fruit basket. Really unhappy. Did not realise Woolies durians are not fresh at all and alwayon the verge of expiration

Always go there and has been good until this morning 24/6 around 9:15. The girl at the seafood counter was extremely rude and give me a mean look when I just wanted to buy some prawns. It was 9 already and she hasn't get the counter ready for service yet. Worse still, when I asked politey for a one kg prawns, she glared at me and said, yes, just wait till I got glove first!!!! Maybe she had a bad day, but please do not spread her bad mood to customers and the workplace!

Very organised place and good customer service. The only downside is the fact that it is not on one level. Parking is also available.
