WARNING before you buy a lawnmower from Bunnings, make sure it’s got a warranty that allows you to return it for refund or exchange because if it’s a Mikita or a few of their other brands they push ( so they can avoid refund responsibility) you will only be able to get a repair warranty which can take weeks and then be told it has to be returned to Bunnings for refund if can’t be repaired. Not good if half way through the lawn!So you would think the returns counter have had lawn mower returns before and know to tell you that you need to take it to the local mower repair centre. And if they who process lawn mower returns didn’t know, the people they send over from the mower department would know about the warranty right? Well after questioning and umming and ahing and finally saying it can be exchanged. 30 minutes later, they say actually we can’t do anything for you, see ya! Too bad about wasting your time!

Just went in looking for some timber, .900 of Hardwood any Hardwood, 6×2 asked the gentleman there he was my age late 60's, asked him does he carry it in stock, the reply was what's 6×2 I quickly replied never mind I'll go elsewhere, seriously at my age and working in timber surely he would have know, I'll go to Hudson's thankyou for your knowledge.

The plants at times are not looked after. Went there today & plants inside were so dry & limp the soil was shrinking from pot. As a keen indoor plant enthusiast it’s not good to see these beauties struggling. They should discount them as well. Other Penrith store much better.

Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Sharen in Bathrooms was so willing to help and gave excellent service. We left with exactly what we needed, and extra information just in case we needed it.
