Horrible experience, ordered an item on Friday and called up on Monday to check if it wore coming. The receptionist said it would be there on Tuesday and to meet them at 11am because as they wouldn’t accept payments over the phone.So after travelling 20km with no car to pick up the item at 11am the next day they said it wasn’t there yet but turns out they didn’t even put through. I’ve been stranded in gold coast now for almost a week.When I asked them why didn’t they call me to tell me that it wasn’t coming in or tell me that it wasn’t when I called the day before they said it wasn’t there problem.Very rude staff and not sympathetic at all of the situation.
