I was diagnosed with bilateral knee osteoarthritis last year and under Josie's guidance my knees don't ache anymore. Training with Josie has improved my life physically and psychologically. We have developed an open and trustworthy relationship where we can confide in each other and that means so much to me.I would highly recommend Josie for both younger and older generations!

She is very easy to talk to about anything and probably the best personal training I have had. We never have boring lessons and I can always talk to her out of lessons as well. She is such a kind soul and always spreading her positive energy.

Josie was very easy to deal with and book services. Candice our yoga instructor was amazing and great to see we had the same person everyday, this was a big plus. Mari was our massage lady who was also great but we had a little miscommunication regarding appointments, but overall we loved the services.

Josie is such a wonderful person to have in your life for a holistic health approach. She is also a friend you can count on to have your best interests at heart. I couldn’t recommend sessions with Josie enough!

Josie it’s a good PT with very knowledge about various conditions. She’s willing to listen and work hard to make sure you get what you want, out of every PT session. Josie is always up for a challenge and always has a smile on her face.
