Just waited 20 mins in adrive thru line to get to a broken order point and another 20 min wait to get to the window. Imagine my surprise when I was asked to wait out front for another '3' minutes, with my food brought out 15 mins later. That is what this store is like. KFC is just across the road. Better option for next time.

Food is okay, as it's pretty much standard. Service is generally atrocious as the staff spend more time giggling and chatting than serving. They also play music way to loud, so that you can barely gone your order.

Appalling, manager was swearing and seemed to be eating... got home to find my meal to be cold and the wing and skin completely missing from the particular wing section I asked for and then the chicken was so dry I could barely swollow it. Contacted the manager not helpful at all made all sorts of ridiculous reasonings, I will be contacting head office how this store passes health department requirements is beyond me.

Good value meal. Had a bit of a wait for chips to cook, old cold chips were put under the hot ones
