Absolute professional! Had a minor issue with my bike and the 24 Hour Roadside Assistance service sent me Mo. From the moment he pulled up, until the moment he drove away with my pride and joy (yeah, OK, it's a bike, but it's an awesome bike), Mo was completely professional and really knew his stuff.The lambswool sleeves over the tie downs was an especially nice touch!Thanks again Mo, you made a very stressful experience a heck of a lot easier to handle!
