Cotton On Mega (Outlet)

i recently visited the store on saturday during the day and got a very bad and hurtful service from staff. As I am one of the regular shopper at cotton on i understand the sales item are always misplaced and confusing. So i selected some items and went to check out. Before checking out i asked the lady at the counter for the price of the item i was buying, since it wasn’t discounted i asked her to remove it. Likewise, i asked other 2-3 item to be removed. She was so rude and look annoyed by it. I understand she might be tired or wasnt having a good day. I didnt say anything and paid for my clothes. She was talking so rudely. After I paid, she just like threw the clothes sliding in the counter. She didnt even offered a bag. When i asked her she said its 5$ as if i could afford it. I was so dissapointed. Please never do that to anyone. Its not nice thing.

Its a good place to buy cotton on clothes,but the sales lady ( probably in her early 50's)was extremely rude when asked regarding the sale prices ,gave me the vibes as if we r dumb to ask questions ,no matter even if she is a owner..we dont expect these when ur business runs coz we spend.i would appreciate if the company or whomever looks after these matter...very disgusting attitude

Great sale on when we went, outlet store so great prices normally

1. My local cotton on store told me to call the mega store in Auburn/Lidcombe to find the swim suit i was after and check if they had stock. Had to call over 10 times before i got through.2. They put me on hold and then hung up on me after 10 minutes.3. Called again, waited for another 20 minutes and received HORRENDOUS customer service, she told me she was going to physically check the stock, and i’ve been on hold for 20 minutes now. Guess I’ll go elsewhere!

If I could give minus 100 stars I would. The most disgusting service I’ve ever encountered. Apparently rolling yours eyes at customers if they ask for help is ok. I gave Adama (girl with black hair in Braids) the benefit of the doubt with her rude attitude. As I was leaving the store, she shouted out “Get a life”. I walked back in to let the manager know it’s unacceptable. The manager said she’ll talk to her later lol (any decent store would pull her off the floor). I turned out around and she was standing behind me in front of her boss laughing. Putrid human being, girl needs to humble herself. I don’t recommend this store whatsoever. Clearly management have no issues with this kind of behaviour!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen in a long time, unapologetic, uncooperative. Advertise 40% discount on an item, nowhere on the site does it mention online only"
