Domino’s Pizza North Mackay
Placed an order via menu log.The store accepted our order, and completed our order, resulting in us being charged.The store wasn't even open. Our food never arrived. Calls to the store went unanswered (obviously)Can't even lodge a dispute with Menulog as the process is handled via the restaurant. Kids waited over an hour for a dinner that never arrived.

These really are the most revolting pizzas you could ever get. I know they're cheap, and they're usually fast, but still.... even my kids think they're garbage. My daughter once made a pizza out of play doh, pebbles and lego. It was better than the meatlovers from Dominos.

Waited 1hour for order as they had messed it up food was disgraceful,couldn't tell what the pizzas where ,looked nothing like their adds the pizzas belonged in the rubbish spoiled the whole night have photos of disgrace order to show people

Just received our pizzas. How disappointing. Yes lots of topping but the crust was paper thin and not cooked properly. We love thin and crispy normally. Has the recipe bases changed? Very disappointed considering we don't often buy pizza!

Ordered through Menulog, order was comfirmed and apparently delivered..I have since discovered that the North Mackay store is closed. Needless to say, no pizza order arrived but we have been charged for it.Not happy at all. I will belooking for a refund and won't be ordering from there ever again.It's despicable, our monthly treat has turned into an expensive nightmare having to chase up to get my money back.Absolute bull#%&@!!!

Wow the manager of this place went above and beyond for me.i am in Gladstone and placed an order over the phone for me sister who had no money. I paid then asked if I gave extra for cash out could he do that for me. He was very pleasant and more than accommodating. That there is true customer service.

In the last 2 weeks our pizzas, garlic bread & 1.25 soft drink has increased in price by $10. Pizza has decreased in size & has less topping. The pizzas are bland. An individual garlic bread is $5.50. Pizza used to be an affordable family meal. Very disappointed. Will not be buying Domino's Pizza anymore.

Rubbish customer service. Rude, argumentative, and arrogant staff! Food arrived an hour late. The delivery driver kept persisting that he called us even though there’s proof in my call log that he hadn’t!Someone from dominoes came to deliver it again 20 minutes later (thanks). Pizza arrived and it wasn’t hot. When I tried explaining this over the phone, not only did the staff have the courtesy to offer another pizza instead or something else in addition, but instead we received a lot of sass back! We paid for extra mushrooms...........we probably received a whole total of one mushroom in a medium pizza. Didn’t realise dominoes had gone this low in quality and customer service. Never again!
