Nice staff, usually well stocked. Don't have much of a range of parrot pellets. Mostly vetafarm which is not a good brand.

Service is friendly and helpful. A lot of variety in snacks I haven't seen before in the other franchises. Has a large selection of Paw Grocer snacks which my furbabies love i.e. scoffed down the lamb hearts and impossible to find in Sydney aside from the chicken necks. Well priced stock, cheapest in the area.

Advertised 20% off so I went to buy sunflower seed. Stood in queue while one staff member confined herself to the frozen food section, one chatted away to a customer she knew, and the other struggled to deal with customers and enquiries. Gave up in disgust and won't be going back.
