Wonderful store with too much to chose from, I always go there and come out with more than I went in for.

V helpful & polite staff. I like shopping here better than Moonah in that regard. However Moonah has a larger product range.

I was here last year, and Keiren was so so helpful

Don't go when it's windy, they refuse to fill gas bottles.Rarely have stock and constantly make mistakes on orders.

Can't remember the young ladies name, but she was extremely helpful when purchasing my daughters kayak paddle and lifejacket

Louisa was terrific with my purchase of a pair of sunglasses, she pointed me in the right direction for what I wanted. Thank you Louisa.

I used to frequent this store, as I love my fishing gear. Lately my experiences have not been so good - subpar to what I’m used to, long wait times, and staff that are disinterested. There was one tall young man who used to be very friendly and knowledgeable with the fishing equipment, always willing to help out. He was a role model as to how sales people should act, friendly, approachable, but not overbearing.Unfortunately he has not been there the last few times I have visited and I have come to learn he no longer is employed at BCF. This is a massive loss to BCF, and my rating reflects this. They will be lucky to be able to find someone who can replace his knowledge in camping and finish equipment. The other employees should aspire to be what he was.

When I search in stock then website show it available for the product but the staff in store said they can’t find it, it’s so funny, what the staff are doing here? Such a jock!!!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to the Manager. I was in the store on Sunday 7/8/22 and was served by a young lady who said she hadn’t worked there long.I was so impressed with her customer service it was the best you can get.Nothing was a problem, friendly, helpful, checked other stores for me, wrote down the number of the item and then while I was still in store she came over and said just letting you know it’s on sale until MondayWhat a gem please pass on my review to her

I would come into this establishment quite regularly. I was always helped out by a lovely tall gentleman named Nick. Was very knowledgeable always helped me get the Lures I was after. However I since found it he is no longer employed. Since then my experiences have been awful. Often ignored when I come in looking for help, employees make it seem like a chore when they have to answer questions. I do not feel respected as a customer. God almighty I miss Nick.God bless you all
