We have bought four items from insport parramatta on 16/07/22 Tran I'd: 219509 and noticed that one item Helena h pink no 267301302 was faulty garments quality. I went to store to return this faulty item on 22/07/22. I was informed by store that today my Manager is not working so can't do anything. After discussing with the staff members she (Thalia) ring to Manager and let her everything, Manager told leave item on store and she will contact manufacturers and once they approve then I will receive my $20.00 refund and if not approved then I can't receive any money back. I think this store selling faulty stock and when give back within one week then trying to avoid to pay refunds. With this experience I am strong recommending that do not do any shopping with them.

Asian female with long black hair was super friendly and great with advice with the shoes and clothing i was looking at. Very satisfied with customer service and friendly staff.

Blonde guy and blonde girl working 3:30, Friday the 18th. Didn’t greet, had to wait ages to be served. Only worried about stacking shelves probably do leave home early. Store was full of people also looking around awkwardly while the blonde chick was up on a ladder sticking bags no one was buying. Shocking service. Coming from someone who works in hospitality. Suggest store management to look closer at their recruitment strategies.

Moderate collection of sportswear and shoes and some bags. For most part it would be tracks and tees. You won't get a lot to choose from shoes. But whatever is there is good. They do run discounts for most part. Friendly staff and you do get some membership points on each purchase. I would stop by only if I have to buy tracks but not for shoes. There are better places for shoes around.

Popped in to pick up a sale I found online. The young fella who doesn't want to work here" said that what's online isn't what's in store. He then told me of several other shoe shops to go to while kicking a ball around. He didn't recommend a single shoe from the store

Nice shoes and varieties but the some staff(Daniel from Burwood Store) working there are not trustworthy as they misguided you regarding price and availability. I had a very bad experience there recently. Please make sure you can get what you want. Don’t trust on them. If you buying a specials please please make sure you can get it from there not from anywhere Insport stores.

The two worker the Asian man with black hair and glasses and the Asian woman with long black hair was so rude. When I walk into the store, they were talking to each other and immediately started walking away from me and avoiding. I feel very unwelcome that they didn't greet and ask me for help. Never come back to Insport again. I rather go some other sport store that greet and ask for help. Not just walking away and avoiding from me and to make me feel unwelcome.

Terrible service at Insport Parramatta. Was not greeted when I came in. When I wanted to purchase something, I waited a few minutes at the counter, a blond female was there, didn't even smile, say hi or sorry for the wait, just scanned my purchase, processed my payment by holding the eftpos machine at me, bagged it and gave it to me. Saying absolutely nothing and with no smile. It looked like I inconvenienced her with my purchase! Honestly, her service is a liability to your business, it was just plain terrible...
