Matt & his team did a full rip out & replacement of a hot water system in our apartment. Their work is extremely neat, they’re professional and friendly. I checked in with Innovation Plumbing via Matt to help resolve a sewer problem. He managed to book in an appropriate time slot, and investigate the issue at the house where possible. The process was relatively quick. He suggested a solution to seal an existing gap. It was good to know that he was upfront about no obligations to further variations. The combination of good technical knowledge with honesty was appreciated.
