All staff members at airport west were amazingly help. Chris was totally amazing and deserves a pay rise. He did a great job on my car. And also his customer service was awesome. He kept me updated with phone calls. He did extra work on my car. I recommend Chris where ever he us working. He is a very good soul. Thank you so much Chris. Ur awesomeSandra

The guy named Adam and his colleagues was pathetically rude and wasn't helpful at all big time liars and unprofessional. Don't recommend them to anyone.

I have been to 5 star panels in Tullamarine twice to have my car fixed and they were efficient, professional and are highly skilled. When I had my car back I was amazed at how great it looked. Will always use 5 star panels as I know I can rely on them to do the job properly. Staff are also very friendly. Very happy customer.

Chris from the Airport West location has gone above and beyond on this repair. I had an actual slash taken out of my door from a hit and run incident and I am still convinced that Chris just swapped my car out for a brand new one considering my car looks better than it did the day I bought it! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!

This is the second time I've taken one of our family cars to be rectified to 5 Star after another panel shop repair chosen by the insurance company. Although this time wasn't as smooth sailing as the first experience, Spiro & Karen were great and genuinely did all they could to ensure the issues were rectified & I was kept up to date.
