Plant Trade Nursery

Great nursery and the bloke that looked after us was very helpful. He was also very patient as he spent a good hour+ dealing with my wife and I who have no idea about plants. Will visit and purchase from here again.

Bulk bought 5 large terracotta pots from owner Amy and was told with no explaintion as to why I would get no discount. Accepting this fact I carried on with the purchase... I was after 6 pots so I asked for an order to be placed for more. 8 weeks later I receive a text message saying they are in. When I find the time I make it to the shop Amy didn't move from her seat. We Put a pot in my car and Amy comes over (now) to Tell me each pot is $9 more expensive. I am simply told that the price of terracotta has gone up?!? And when I question Amy about it (& her lack of wanting to begin a customer business relationship..) She near on yells at me. In front of other customers. Her defence being I have spent 8weeks ordering these pots in?!?" Ah.. Ok. I walked off.Where was it in the text message you sent me prior to me driving all the way to your shop

An absolute pleasure to be a customer here.The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledge of there stock is excellent. They give you good advice that's suits your situation without trying to sell you items that you don't need.Purchased some palms for our home garden and the plants are going great 6 weeks later. The prices seem really good for advanced growth plants and I feel they have better and more well looked after stock than the major hardware chain nearby.Will return here in future

Steve was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with the service. Having been unable to maintain our garden over the past 18 months due to injury, it had gotten somewhat out of control. We asked Steve and a few other folks for quotes. Steve impressed us immediately with his friendly manner and his encyclopaedic knowledge of every plant in our garden. His quote was also comprehensive and very reasonable. Having booked Steve and his team, they showed up in force at the nominated time with all the right gear, confirmed the details of the job with us and then got stuck in. They trimmed and shaped every plant and removed all rubbish. Their work ethic and skill were something to behold, and the results were outstanding. We were so impressed with the professionalism of these guys that we used them to tidy up our front garden as well, and we plan on using Steve to design and landscape our long neglected side passage. We recommended Steve to all our neighbours and they've all been just as impressed....
