Edit: LEP have since contact me outlining this was not an issue they had control or oversight over as existing projects were supposed to be accomodated by the old supplier. As such, do not take responsiliby for the below mistake. A later project was carried out successfully.LEP recently bought out my previous print supplier whom I had outstanding orders from, they lost my order information, I got an email a week after ordering and paying saying that I must reorder and repay and get a refund from the company they bought out. This is terrible industry practice, my order is now already late and I am waiting on a refund before reordering. Very frustrated!I will update this once refund comes through - as to confirm whether they have actually stolen from me or simply just wasted my time.
