An amazing semi remote campsite that takes a bit of navigation and 4WD to get there, which is perfect! Directions and signage is average but follow your nose. Great explore and easy grade 4WD access.Came in the cold snap of winter and will definitely be back with kayak or canoe with friends and family in the warmer months.Great place !!!

Gorgeous stretch is safe river swimming. Scenery and remoteness hard to beat. 4wd required due very steep hill and ground clearance. We towed a 1200kg off- road camp trailer and needed low range 1st gear for about 3km getting out. If it is wet I wouldn't tow anything more than a few kayaks in.

Amazing. Not a sole around, track in was a little slippery due to rain but with good tyre pressure and. Low range we got the campers in and out without a slip.

Great camping area on the creek. Fairly busy but lots of space so not crowded. Well maintained.

Great camping area. The river is always refrshing. There are a couple of different areas to camp depending on what you are looking for. You will need to take everything with you as this is a remote location. Worth the effort though.

Campground is beautiful. Very difficult to get to. 4WD ONLY! Getting there made much worse by Google Maps which tries to send you down non existent roads. You must enter via unsignposted Ramournie Forest Drive.
