Dealing with Moneyplan Australia was the best decision that my wife and myself have ever made. Dealing with Josh in particular was an absolute pleasure and he explained everything in detail so that we could easily understand the complexity of our plan. Josh has been in constant contact with my wife and myself throughout the whole process and even when it had been finalized, Josh still maintains contact with us both to ensure that everything is tracking correctly. Josh also referred us to GFM accountants. We dealt with Brent who sorted out our taxes for us as we had quite a complex tax return. Evelyn Ali of Moneyplan Australia was recommended to me by the aged care facility my mother moved into in May 2018, and I have found her to be excellent. Evelyn is very knowledgeable, thorough, accurate and prompt - on the ball, in every sense. She is also a total pleasure to deal with, able to explain things very clearly and succinctly to people like me who aren't familiar with all the details and issues of aged care finances - she has a very good understanding of all of them. (She also has a great sense of humour, which I really appreciated.) I am very happy with everything she has done for my mother (and me) and find Moneyplan's charges to be good value for the services provided.
