Chemist Warehouse Windsor

The staff here are always friendly and efficient, managing lots of different people and getting scripts out as quick as they can. I always appreciate the calm and relaxed environment and that I can grab a few treat-myself items during the brief wait for a script.I came in around 3pm on a Monday, packed full of people like me anxious to get their medications and head out. There were so many customers and they were served quickly and respectfully. I don’t normally review chemist warehouses, they’re pretty standard. On my way out someone decided that the team member serving at the counter was decidedly quite rude according to one Middle Aged tantrum thrower, and deserved to be berated and reprimanded.The young man at the counter kept his cool and respectfully, and much calmer than I would have, handled the situation. Letting mr 45 year old tantrum-toes seethe in the corner.That customer made me uncomfortable and with them refusing to leave the counter made it uncomfortable to stand in line to check out.The young man at the counter who had to deal with this overgrown toddler didn’t react and just kept doing his job appropriately professionally and in my experience in a kind and friendly way. I really hope that young man didn’t have to deal with the emotionally dis-regulated middle aged manchild for much longer. Given how efficiently run and coordinated this warehouse team has always been and was this afternoon I am sure he didn’t.If you are the overgrown adult man baby from this afternoon reading this, I hope you know I’m embarrassed of you and for you. I hope you can go home and learn manners yourself.Thank you to the team at the warehouse today for always making shopping with you easy and relaxed.

I agree with all the negative reports we have been going to this store for years but now lost both of us and we used to spend lot of money on necessary prescriptions and all other toiletries and beauty and perfume products. Over an hour to wait can't do this any more. Shame as it used to be terrific. Priceline is the answer at Spring Hill, great staff and so helpful.

Please be mindful of their skincare clearance section. They have a tendency to sell out of date or EXPIRED skin care products. Some of them have actually been discontinued by the manufacturer, that's how long they've been sitting there collecting VISIBLE dust. Hopefully the owner can be made aware of this.

After making my purchases I discovered the packaging of my deoderant was damaged. On return to the store to exchange the product I was told that it wasn't like that when I bought it. This was less than 2 minutes after leaving the shop. The lady assured me she would have noticed. I returned to the car where I emptied my bag to make sure the broken plastic wasn't there. This is something I should not have had to do. I was forced to challenge the lady to replace a $7 deodorant. Poor customer service! Made me feel like a liar. I now understand why Chemist Warehouse Windsor has gained such a bad rating. After today's experience I won't be returning.

Visited your store on 31/3/23.The most disgraceful, appauling customer service experience ever so I will never return to this store. Waited 30 minutes for a script (not the first time) and there were only 2 people in front of me, one person in a wheelchair.Took the customer service person at least 10 minutes to acknowledge me and as I waited, others had to wait even longer for this initial contact. It would have been appropriate for customers to be told the expected wait time as many became very frustrated as the time went by.When I finally received my script, I asked for a packet of Nurofen. The attendant did not ask what size packet etc but merely picked up the largest size box and basically dropped it on the counter in front of me. She did not appear very happy when I asked for a smaller box.There were plenty of staff in the store at the time with most of them behind the script counter laughing etc and not acknowledging customers, much to the dismay of customers who were waiting.There is one good thing I have to say though, the older lady at the register near the front door was very pleasant however, this was not enough to have my return business.I have read previous reviews which seem to be very consistent with my comments so, some serious customer service training is needed here!!!

I have never left a negative review but the prescription counter service in this store is absolutely horrendous. I have been going to this pharmacy because of its proximity to my place however, their “staff shortage” and waiting times have not improved in the last 15 months, whether I have gone during peak-hour or not. I went tonight at 8:50pm, asked to wait 25 minutes only to be told half an hour later that one of the two medicines I needed wasn’t in stock. It took them another 10 minutes to dispense 1 medication, when I actually just asked them to return my scripts so I could get to another pharmacy before it shut at 10pm. Will not be going there again.

Always always always massive queues and takes forever to wait for medication. The one on Newmarket road is heaps better and faster.

Waited to drop in a script for 10minutes. Then waited another 30minutes for the script to be ready. It was ready but was just left on the counter until I asked if it was ready.There were plenty of pharmacists out the back who could have called the names out, instead only one girl at the front was handling the constant streams of scripts and trying to disperse the medicine when it was ready. She was obviously stressed whilst the pharmacists didn’t help. 40min process to get one lot of medicine.

Such an irresponsible store. Never pick up the phone. Had to ask about an urgent medication. Can't believe it. Send script morning to pick up in the evening, turned up 8.30 pm. The medication was not ready even. I had to queue and wait for another 30 mins. This shop needs professional and experienced staff.
