Normally 5 Stars, not sure if they are struggling to keep up with the local pie eaters. Because the food isn't spending long enough in the oven and uncooked pastry is a downer.

These pies are sensational! Look how big they are. They are also just the right temperature-not so hot that your burn your mouth on the first bite. The staff were very friendly when we visited and the shop is quite busy during the smoko rush. Lots of tradies eating there which is always a good sign for a bakery.

As far as meat pies go, Piefection is right up there for as good as they get. Tasty, full of filling and great variety. Well done to the owners for pursuing something great!

Although the food here is delicious the staff leave something to be desired. One of the ladies who served me must be a ventriloquist because I heard a disembodied voice coming from a ladies direction who never looked in my direction and I didn't see her lips move. They get an extra star for the magic act.

Great tasting pies, sandwiches and bakery treats. The portion sizes are excellent. Try the gluten free banana bread - it's wonderful!

The egg, bacon, cheese and tomato pie was great. The lady over charged me today and I had no idea. She ran out with change but I decided to buy another pie. I will be back again with my family. Might pick up a few sandwiches for a picnic.
