My partner found this place through shark tank so naturally we had to try it out and oh my goodness! What a simple and quaint shop. It might be a little on the pricey end but such great bread. Their vegan rolls are really good too and the chocolate hot cross buns?! YUMMY.

Strange Grains Gluten Free Bakery
One of the best Gluten free bakeries. They have loafs and different variety of sweets and frozen goods. The chocolate eclairs (cream and custard) are both amazing. Strawberry tart was pleasant and not too sweet (which I appreciate).The only con I live across the river , need another outlet in Vic Park :D

Wow what a delight, gluten free yummies, from pies, sausage rolls, pasties, cakes, biscuits and beautiful fresh gluten free sandwichs/rolls, yes they're expensive but great for a treat.

This is a great place for a coeliac, especially if they're visiting Perth and have been on the 'hard-to-source-freshly baked-gluten-free goodies' road for weeks to months. As have we! We opted for some grainy sliced bread, fluffy light lamingtons and sugar-free date scones, all of which were delicious. They even serve coffee here. Very reasonable prices too. The owner who took our order was delightful and happy to engage. We appreciated her attention and welcoming nature.

The shop front is standard old building. The inside is typical cake shop, you know cakes in a display case. But the cherry ripe slice is to die for. Cinnamon scrolls with coffee yum , bread sticks with a touch of peanut butter or honey heavenly. Chocolate and beetroot cake as a treat. For those with allergies to wheat, rye oats and barley and dairy this bakery is heaven. For those who choose to be vegan you will be in heaven also

Brilliant. Everything gluten free (ceoliac friendly) Good choise of savory and sweet. Hot, cold and frozen. Had a hot pie and a salmon sandwich for later. Both very good. They also they list other alergens on all the food. So if you are gf, df, egg free and nut free they can cater.

Best gluten free bakery ever!! Love the buckwheat sourdough breads, especially the fruit loaf - it's so awesome it doesn't last long! Coffee and hot chocolate are really good as well as are their lunch rolls. Had one with roasted vegetables and salad - so good. Haven't tried the cookies yet....but they are tempting
