Inala Chempro Chemist

Went here this late afternoon to pick up some scripts. I normally go to Chemist Warehouse which is always busy and takes a very long time. I was served by a nice gentleman who offered to price match my Chemist Warehouse script without even asking. Service was great and I will definitely be back.

Was served by a young pharmacist called Bryan. Even though he didn’t speak Vietnamese, he was very helpful and went over and above to look after me.He was great at explaining everything to me and I am grateful he served me.Also. For all the girls out there looking for a nice guy, go visit Bryan.

I came in on my day off for the covid vaccination a few hours before my appointment to ask a few questions. The pharmacist was very informative and the staff were extremely helpful. They even saw me earlier than the scheduled time, as it would save me the hassle of coming back again later. So easy and efficient, would definitely be a returning customer!

We've been customers at Inala Chempro Chemists for 20+ years.In all that time, I've seen the ads that say they price match.I thought that would be automatic - especially when I ask for cheapest possible alternative" every time - silly me.Recently I did a comparison with the big yellow warehouse website prices and saw we'd save around $90 a month if we swapped.I let the chemist at Inala Chempro Chemist know.Immediately

Chempro never seems to disapoint! I usually find myself going back to chempro for any medical supplies and medication as each time I make an appearance I am greeted by the most enthusiastic and joyful staff named Lynh. The level of service Lynh provides to myself and my family has been extremely welcoming and helpful. We always leave the chemist with a big grin on our faces, and we hope we do the same to her and any other staffs.Thank you for being kind ! :)

Where do I start? The team at Inala Chempro are the most professional, efficient and knowledgeable health professionals I’ve ever encountered. I’m always greeted with a big smile from the staff, they’ve NEVER made me wait too long for a script and they always have what I need in stock. I don’t bother going anywhere else, as we’ve now had 3 generations of my family always shop here and the staff somehow always remember us by name. They always ask how our family is going when we come in and show a real interest in our health - not at all the sort of rushed service I’ve heard you get at other places. I really couldn’t recommend them enough, well done Inala Chempro.

By far the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I try to avoid going to my local chemist because I’m always waiting for medication to come in…I live 1.5 hours away from Inala and the manager there was the only person out of 6 pharmacies i went into that went above and beyond to get my medication that was short from suppliers for the past 3 months. She drove to goldcoast to pick it up that day and i got it the next day while i was visiting my family. Exceeded my expectations. Went out of her way and actually cared. The other chemist was so rude and just said no without telling me any other information. I would have no idea otherwise. Is it me? Or is good customer service getting harder to come by these day’s.
