I am disappointed with the service from Quality Rugs and Furniture, The Quality is not up to the mark. I bought a Console table and it was delivered with the wrong product first time. It was redelivered however was again a defective piece. The delivery instructions were to deliver a brand new piece and assemble it at the delivery location, however what we received was already assembled and the delivery driver mentioned it was brand new. It has scratches and some gum type of thing on the marble. I was promised a replacement by sales coordinator when I spoke to him, however a follow up call revealed that there had to be an email sent and prove this was a defective piece which is again demeaning. The store hasn’t bothered to respond to my email despite follow ups. I would not recommend purchasing products from this store.

Quality rugs and furniture hoppers crossing have the best rugs in that area with reasonable prices. I was so confused about the rug size because I didn’t take the measurements from home but BJ helped me a lot with the sizes. I just showed her the photos of my lounge and she choose the best rugs for my furniture. I went there to buy one rug but end up buying 3 of them because they were so nice and it was the best price. Thank u so much BJ for helping me.

Never ever to go their shop.Hello sir and madam, please never ever to go this quality rug and furniture shop. They will rip you off.we did purchase from them a dinning table with six it did cost us fortune but still we have not got our product. We made the pay on 18/11/2022.send them number if emails but not respond at all. Now I am taking this matter to VCAT.I did send them again and kept on asking but I have not heard anything back from them.If you really want to buy from them, just make sure do not make them until your product delivered. They will show different and will send you different product. I have not received any phone call to resolve this matter.going to take them to VCAT soon.Never ever go to this shop.
