We have had the good fortune to know Michel. He has taken care of my mother in law's denture. We trust his work and his advice completely. We highly recommend.

One of the most pleasant dental treatment experiences I've ever had. Dr. Mahdieh Fotouhi is very competent and thorough. She is also incredibly gentle and takes the time to do the treatment properly. Her assistant Ginita is also wonderful! Highly recommended dental practice.

Amazingly friendly, respectful and honest. My dad is no longer mobile which makes the dentist visits challenging however Michael made sure he’s comfortable and well looked after. The dentures that he made were so perfect my dad couldn’t stop expressing his happiness.I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional and friendly service.

Do not go here to get snap on smile.Best recommendations would be smile concepts in sydney CBDImplicit dental ask for a $500 deposit where as smile concepts ask for only $200 and Implicit dental don't offer any other payment plans besides medi pay which you may not be eligible for smile concepts have 4 options of payment plans. Snap on smile prices here are $2500 where as smile concepts charge $2800 but the extra $300 is worth it because you get 12month warranty cleaning products for your snap on smile and teeth whitening treatment, Where as implicit dental don't offer any of that and the mould of the snap on smile the Dr Michel makes is not well made. Whatever you do, do not go here to get snap on smile. He also says he take payments plans from zip on his website but he does not which is false advertisement.

I would HIGHLY recommend these guys without hesitation! From the front reception desk, through to the dental assistant and the dentist himself, they are all a pleasure to be with. Being in my late 50's I've had quite a few dentists in my life and I can safely say that Michael Shang is the best dentist I have ever had - hands down! Excellent bedside manner, very knowledgable, very calm and the end result he produces is EXCELLENT. I would give 100 stars if I could!

I visited Implicit Dental for the first time today and I am so happy with the service and most importantly the clean was phenomenal!!! Dr Mahdieh Fotouhi managed to get my teeth so clean as I have struggled with other dentists in the past and she was so gentle, efficient and kind. Sadly I have to revoke first review not 3 months and lower denture broke I was rinsing the and the slipped from my hand and hit basin. I was so distraught I rang implicit dental and answering machine answered I left a message and did not get a phone call. I was given government vouchers as I am on a disability pension couldn't afford otherwise. So my impression is if you don't have money your not worth a simple phone call. Very distress and disappointed. Lesson learnt. Thank you

My colleague recommended to me Dr Michael Shang.I paid my visit to Michael, as theendodontics specialist I visited also recommended him. Michael impressed me. I liked his examination, operation and communication. And the technique (and, to some extent, technology) adopted by him (and the thoroughness) was all of excellent quality that I felt it’s unjust not to let others know about his good work.I had my crown done and worked out a few other tooth issues with Dr Michael.

I recently received my new set of full dentures fashioned by Dr Michel Khachiki. Having worn dentures for many decades, my jawbone in particular was virtually non-existent. By using a hand-held scanner, he painstakingly took impressions of my maxilla and jawbone from which he created a perfectly fitting set of dentures. Dr Michel explained everything very clearly during the process, has an excellent chair-side manner and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to future patients.
