Very friendly staff.I bought Tropical Passionfruit continental Cheesecake for my son's birthday who love this cake .

I was very impressed with the custom cake I ordered for my daughter's 2nd birthday! The cake was beautifully made and tasted delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful with my query and I was very happy with my order.

Rating 1 star as there is no option to go lower. Absolute rubbish service at the North lakes shop. Wanted to buy a 1/4 rainbow cake and I was straightaway refused even though the cake was right on display, was told I had to buy full. What’s the point in advertising 1/4, 1/2 cake in your website if you refuse to sell them??? So your chain caters to only people having big celebrations? Not for small ones - we are forced to choose from the already cut 1/4 plain cakes which someone would throw away if they brought it as a birthday cake.The sales person didn’t even make an effort to consider or make an effort to reason with me. I just drove to Costco and got myself a 2.4 kg Black Forest cake for $29 and am very happy with it. Vowed never to return to cheesecake shop. Goodbye.

Riz & the team at the cheesecake shop North Lakes are the BEST!! I can’t thank them enough for the amazing cakes they’ve made for me over the years.Including my wedding cake, baby shower cakes, engagement cake and my kids birthday cakes over the last 9 years. They are always the yummiest cakes! And the designs have always exceeded my imagination. Thank you so much ☺️

Ordered a customised cake for my son’s 1st birthday party. It was exactly as requested and delicious. Also very reasonably priced. Will definitely order a customised cake again.
