Very patient, good service, great communication

would be a 0 if you could give them that, the worst experience of our lives, I think I would rather have teeth pulled than ever have to deal with this business ever ever again. This list of how things went wrong are as long as my arm, not to mention the outright lies we where told by Bret. Avoid this place like the plague, we where given a completion date of 3 weeks max, turned into over 3 months and the spin that was given was the worst I have ever heard. My daughter ended up living for months with a concrete slab in Ballarat of all places. Never ever have I had to deal with such liars. And when did send someone to install at least the wet areas, they could not even get that done right and took them 3 tries to get it done. And it was done 3 months after we where told it would be done, it was just the worst ever.

I'm giving 5 stars because they were so kind and helpful and helped us find affordable carpet and gave us a great deal. The installer was fantastic and very nice. Did a wonderful job. The service was wonderful. Our experience was 5+ star!

This store is definitely the place to shop for all your flooring needs. Awesome service

Worst company and people I have ever had to deal with. Brett and Ryan are both liars, rude and incompetent. When they finally came to lay the carpet they damaged our walls and edges. Also, there is either not enough no stock available or no stock at all for the carpet, tiles or vinyl they have displayed in the store so don't even bother wasting your time here.

We are Using Karingal Flooring Xtra from Last 4 years for our Buiness . I would like to give them 5 Star for good Customer services.

Not very interested in helping us even after us being in the store for over 10 + minutes and nobody was in and when they did come in just a waist of space.Went to another Ballarat store and was greeted with a smile as well as great service, so all in all your store just missed our on a $15.4k job

Went above and beyond with great customer service

Not a great experience, ordered blinds through these guys. They said 2 weeks, took 8 weeks and I had to attempt to contact them, tried email, land line and finally found a mobile number of which the guy on the other end was very rude, but booked me in. The installer was friendly but the blinds were all about half a metre too long so they had to take them back for modification.. would definitely not recommend.
