Highly recommend Dr Natasha Moscato at Vic Cosmetic Templestowe....she is very knowledgeable and experienced - a real master at what she does. Talks you through what she is doing and never tries to push or oversell products. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Very happy with my results.

Dr Gavin Chan has to be one of the most professional and patient caring medical practitioner I have ever come across and I am 52 years old and seen a few doctors over my time. I have had numerous consultations with him over the last few years. He is punctual with his appointments, respectful, polite, courteous and of course completely professional and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly he listens to you and make you feel completely comfortable. I totally recommend his services.

VCI is the only place I keep coming back to for my anti-wrinkle! All of the staff are extremely friendly and the doctors I have seen have been very honest and knowledgeable in getting longevity out of my treatments. I saw Dr Rowan Flanagan today and I didn’t feel a single thing, I actually took a nap in the chair. He was lovely to chat to and I felt very comfortable throughout. Highly recommend seeing Rowan.

Ive been seeing Nurse Lizzie at Templestowe, she's so lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable. I always feel comfortable and calm. I find all the staff helpful and friendly too, it's definitely worth travelling an hour to get my treatments done xx

I have only ever had a great experience at the VCI. The staff are all very professional and friendly and the clinic is known for their consistent training, natural looking results and not overfilling patients.I’ve seen Dr Natasha Moscato for lip filler a couple of times and she never disappoints. She is such an artist and perfectionist; She never rushes me or tries to add any unnecessary extra filler.She puts less than 1/2 a ml of filler in my lips and it’s the perfect amount for the results I am after; They look extremely natural and I can not fault her work.She also has a lovely and very friendly persona which is a great bonus!

Not what they used to be. I have been their customer for many many years since this was a more customer friendly institute. They now charge a fee for any initial assessment or consultation (not redeemable) which is fine if there is added value. The nurse who consulted me suggested exact same routine as I have always been on and a set of treatments. I think she pushed for them to be too frequent as at the third round I had extreme reactions and calling them didn’t really make a difference. They basically showed no care and advised that nurse is gone on maternity leave. I have had to see doctors and dermatologists since. Almost a year later I am suffering from reaction to basically any face product with active ingredients. I have never had a sensitive skin until then and was clearly misled and pushed to put my skin under too much.
