would give a 0 if that was a option. the lady working was very rude, there were no testers for the fragrances so we sprayed a bottle to smell it, she very rudely said don’t spray them there not testers. how would you expect us to buy something if we don’t know the smell of them. just the fact she said it very rudely. do not recommend this place

Sometimes the staff are a little dismissive but overall I think it's a great pharmacy with a lot more to offer than medication.

I was in the pharmacy about a month ago and I was looked after by one of the Pharmacist’s:Amy, she was excellent, very professional and efficient.She served me and helped me with all my needs with a positive attitude and she was very warm and friendly!!!

James the pharmacist is a rude, dismissive, unprofessional and uncaring pharmacist.Unfortunately, pharmacists these days (not all thank God) don’t think that a customer is there for a reason, to ask valid questions, and think that a customer is there for severe conditions needing medications they only can supply.James, you weren’t even born when I was dealing with pharmacists before you existed. Back then, pharmacists were empathetic, and real caregivers.I suggest you get some empathy skills as your professional development!

Hello,I took my grandaughter who is 6 yrs old to have her ear pierced last Saturday. The ladies where really lovely and helpful Cathy and Izzy.They made my grandaughter feel really comfortable. Very friendly and professionail service. Would highly recommend this chemist for young childrens ear piercing.

My daughter got her ears pierced today and I can't thank the ladies enough for how lovely and professional they were.They made my daughter feel so at ease and they did such a wonderful job before, during and after the piercing.

Never had an issue with this store.Staff is always wonderful and helpful! Their customer service is fantastic, but as for today the lady who served my partner and i was quite rude didn't make any eye contact, no smile , no greeting nothing! Scan our items and that's it.Was quite disappointed!
