I order 4 boxes of catheters by phone every 6 months- the process takes 5 mins & the fathers turn up interstate after a few days. The whole transaction could not be more efficient- & the staff on the phone-I think Maria is very friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. PPARALOGIC!!

We regularly buy catheters and lubricant from this supplier and not only find the prices very reasonable but their service outstanding. Product is received within a week to a week and an half and well packed.Have purchased from them since March 2019 and will continue to do so.

Hi, I have be cathing for about 8 years! I do get some government subsidised catheters free but not nearly enough to get me through each month! One of my home care nurses suggested Paralogic to me and since then I order my surplus needs from them.Easy to order on the website.Even with normal postage always receive the catheters within 3-4 days.When Covid restrictions were in place I was able to order my catheters and have a payment plan put in place.Great customer service always.Recommend Paralogic to everyone who unfortunately might need them.Keep up the great work!

I have been using Paralogic catheters since 2015. The quality is excellent at a price much less than other comparable providers. Their on-line ordering is simple to use and clearly identifies the different items. They have a good range of non-lubricated and pre-lubricated catheters better in my experience than competitors. Their service is amazing with same or next day response and fast delivery through Australia Post usually 3 - 4 working days (even at the height of the COVID outbreak).I unreservably recommend Paralogic for catheter supplies to any long term user of urinary catheters.

My orders arrive very quickly after placing the order. Always what I have ordered. Intermittent catheters are usually great, although this time I opened one today that had a piece of the plastic sticking out - cut me quite badly. I wont hold this against them and will continue using Paralogic - just an unfortunate experience.
