Hey Simone CliffordBefore you start going off tape at people. You need to be off the DRUGS so you can communicate with people. As a outsider that was at the factory at the time Supertrac Engineering was communicating with your partner about the vehicle there was no need for you to get on the phone and abuse the staff. So next time keep off the DRUGS when you try and communicate with people. Ive been going to the boys for years and all Ive had is professional service and repairs done to my family's vehicles

Scammers! Rude! Tried to get me to change my review. And without speaking with me Have someone post lies about me. I think thats Defimation of caracter, Slander, is against the law. i posted my experience, All truth. You do not know me. I was extreamly nice on the phone until the girl got rude to me. Get ur facts strait. They didn't even look at my car. Just straight up said it needed a whole new auto transmission. As soon as I said I couldn't afford that, and would arrange to have it towed. They got so rude. And pushed my car out on the side of the road, leaving the key on the tyre. I rang back to plead with them not to leave my car on the road until I had something arranged. Nope, they told me they do insurance work and its not there responsibility to keep my car safe.HAD MY CAR TOWED ACROSS TOWN TO A TRUSTED MACHANIC. MY CAR WAS FIXED WITHIN AN HOUR FOR JUST OVER $100. Even with the Tow, $250 it cost me a fraction of what they told me I needed.
