My order No 574, I ordered 2 rebel burgers meals. How can you guys not follow policy and procedures when dealing with food. Holding times is so important and you can't sell nuggets chicken meat or plant base patties past their holding times. I was there, I got to my destination. I had couple of bites and now I'm sick cos the rebel pattie was crunchy that means it was way past their holding time and you served it to ur customers who pay ur wages. It's disgusting and wrong. I tried calling 3 times and you guys don't answer. Tomorrow I will be calling head office and make a formal complaint as my 7 year old had the same. Never again.

Food came in box top roll missing next I look at it and a bit mark has been taken out of bun , rang told then they said not possible this could have been. Fixed with sorry come back to us and we can give you a new one no! It was just yelling from there end bad place don’t go there

I got a free coffee voucher as part of loyalty. Staff member who is present at 7.20AM on 25th march is very rude and refused to honour it. Looked like half trained and half asleep. On other occasions I faced issues like staff forgot to add sugar in coffee despite I requested, coffee was not hot.

No Stars really. This store may be renovated but it needs a renovation on its service and food. Not happy at all to pay the money they ask for to receive disgusting food. Burnt burger patty, sloppy burger and cold chips. Staff hard to understand. Was offered 2 free burgers. Definitely won't be going back there.

I paid $18+ For some food and drinks and I waited and waited. I asked twice how long my food would be and was told it was being made. In the end I had to go and didn't have I didn't have time to get my money back. I suspect they prioritise the drive-through so if you walk in you have to wait longer.

If you're in a rush this is not the place for you. My favourite part about the drive through is the 20 minute wait. Best part is my food is never fresh. What the hell have they been doing for the last 20 minutes, making tiktoks? This is quite possibly the worst HJ's I have ever visited. Do yourself a favour and never visit this place, the only good thing about it is the car park.

Went thru the drive thru last night around 7.15pm , took 20 mins to get a small Carolina double burger meal. It was cold so tosssed it out and the girl that served me had no manners at all, had to say to her it was ok to say Thanks after I had said thanks to her when paying, needless to say she looked at me funny.Pathetic really.

Wow! Never had a more disgusting customer service experience in my life. When asked how long my burger would take I was given a horrible look and an eye roll before walking away. Best part was when I told the manager what had occurred I was told “ that’s just how she communicates” ??????
