Procycles KTM, BMW and Kawasaki Dealership

I had vibration issues on my 2020 GSA. Previously had the recall done at another dealer. Anthony had the team go over it and found a uni home on the driveshaft. Replaced with new one (under warranty).That got rid of the shaft vibe. There is still a vibe at high revs during declaration and Anthony and the team are investigating and now engaging with BMW Australia as it is a very strange and uncommon issue.Thanks for the great service and willingness to go the extra mile to find the cause of the vibe on my bike.

Purchased a new bike from Procycles Hornsby.Initial enquiry was through email, which was responded to very quickly. Unlike a couple other dealerships that either got back to me too slow or no response.Upon entering the dealership, I was very quickly greeted by Rod Wells who was the salesperson helping me out on the day. This is also my 2nd vehicle I've purchased from him (first from a different dealership).Rod is extremely knowledgeable with the bike I was interested in, as well as taking the time to go through the bike on display. Very friendly service and although I mentioned I was deciding between one of their bikes and a competitors bike, I didn't feel pressured to buy the bike from them.The order process was great and was given a great deal that I was happy with. We were also underpromised a delivery date and ended up getting the bike much sooner than initially promised (big plus).Rod also went above and beyond with after sales as well.I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a bike consider going to Procycles.EDIT: Just updating this post-1st service. Was overall a great experience from drop off and pickup. Donovan was very polite and helpful. Assisted with a minor warranty issue very quickly (1 day turn around after a call from Anthony the following day). Went through all the service details and warranty replacements etc. No surprise or hidden charges to be found here.Would rate both sales and service 5 stars.

Picked up a new R1250GS Trophy X earlier in the week and am thrilled with the new bike. The buying process working with Juluis and John was smooth and everything progressed with clear communication along the way. I just phoned up out of the blue and Julius walked me through all the options on the bike, we even entertained a complicated trade-in and although we didn't go that route, Julius was curteous and professional throughout and ultimately I decided to finance my new bike straight through Procycles.
