After numerous job applications where I didn’t even have the courtesy of a response, I found a job that sounded exactly what I was looking for. When I realised I needed to apply via a recruitment agency, my heart sank. I sent in my CV, but for the first time ever, didn’t bother with a cover letter, as I was so disheartened by the lack of response from other recruitment agencies.Imagine my huge surprise when I received a phone call from a lovely man, who interviewed me on the phone.
