Never before have I been to a more hopeless and lazy mechanic!! Took my car in to have a misfire diagnosed 1 and a haft hours later I’m told they “couldn’t find the issue” after asking if they had checked the spark plugs for soot or checked the current at the starter motor or alternator or even plugged in a diagnostic reader to search for fault codes the response I got was “I didn’t bother to check the spark plugs, but try putting new plugs and fuel in and see if that does anything”. How lazy can you get to not take the 2 seconds to pull a lead and put a test light on a spark plug or even to plug an obd scanner in? Those are very basic diagnostic procedures and if a fully qualified tradesman can’t remember then he’s in the wrong trade. Very dissatisfied with my service.

Friendly and accommodating service, with honest and comprehensive information about our caravan - they checked our wheels and looked it over for us before we set off on our travels and I couldn’t recommend them more. Thanks so much for the peace of mind on our first trip ☺️

They deserve more than 5 stars. Brought in our van which was really struggling and they fixed her up and she runs great now. Really honest guys, explained everything really well and did it for a good price. Couldn't recommend more highly.

We were visiting our grandparents when our coil pack and spark plugs decided to give out on our BMW 525i and they had it fixed the next day so we could drive home on time. Very appreciative of this workshop and last minute accommodation.

I have been taking my vehicles here for 4 years since we moved to Orange. Always friendly and professional. Thanks for shifting my scheduled pink slip check to later in the day so I could get it to the auto electrician first and not have to find another time.

I was referred to Eric and his team as one of the best mechanics in Orange. I now know they are. I had a Citroen that had computer and electric issues specific to Citroen. Eric was the only mechanic who I took my car to who was able to offer compassionate support and did everything he could to assist even though there is no diagnostic equipment for Citroen's in Orange. when no one else could start my car, Eric could. As a result I didn't have to pay $1200 for a tow to Sydney for a diagnosis from a Citroen specialist. As it turned out, even the specialists could nt start it and I had to part ways with car. I saved thousands of dollars because of the expertise and support at EWS.

Our car developed a horrible scraunching sound while we were passing through Orange en route to Parkes. It was 3.30 pm. the guys at EWS could not have been more helpful, despite the lateness of the hour. Within the hour they had identified the problem (brake pads) and repaired it. What arelief.
