A terrific solution for problem areas where cable internet is not an option and with little to no mobile reception (so no hotspotting off your phone). Summit staff are always fantastic to deal with, the setup was easy and fast, even during a lockdown, and they helped me navigate some tricky aspects of a heritage overlay in order to get the dish installed. Cannot fault them, I've been with Summit Internet for over a year so far and am very happy; my small company depends on their efficient and hassle-free service.

We made the decision not to connect to the NBN and move our business sites to Summit Internet for both internet and telecommunications. For internet we moved to Fiber and Fixed Wireless and added FlexPBX for phones. Without doubt the best decision as the service is very reliable and the team at Summit are responsive to our needs. Local support was also a factor in our decision.

Since starting our practice, we have been using Summit for their Faxee Lite services which has been great. They have recently upgraded their fax system and it is amazing and so quick and easy to send a fax via email. Highly recommend.

Steve from Summit has been very professional and efficient with some trouble shooting we had getting a new staff member on board and a disappearing voicemail! He continued to work on our issues until they were fixed. I would highly recommend their service to an organisation with similar need to ours.

I was left very impressed at not only their response time, but the knowledge levels shown from the team, in particular Steve and Greg. 10 our of 10 for the service - something the big players could learn from! WORST COMPANY EVER!! DISCONNECTED MY SERVICES, AFTER I QUESTIONED A OVER CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT. CONTINUOUSLY OVER CHARGED EVERY MONTH!! AND ARE NOW HOLDING MY BUSINESS (WHICH IS REAL ESTATE) AT RANSOM WITH NO PHONE CONNECTION. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. HAVE REPORTED TO TELECOMMUNICATIONS OMBUDSMAN AND WOULD RECOMMEND ANY OTHER PROVIDER BUT THIS COMPANY!!! APPALLING SERVICE AND THE CEO GREG IS A PIECE OF WORK !!!!!!! THIS COMPANY ALSO CONTINUE TO DELETE THEIR REVIEWS SO I WILL CONTINUE TO POST THIS EVERY TIME I SEE THEY HAVE DELETED IT. PEOPLE DESERVE TO KNOW. I WILL ALSO BE PROCEEDING WITH CONTACTING THE MEDIA!!

Super impressed with the job done by Summit for my business. Their turnaround time was excellent, only having signed up last Thursday, with installation taking place today. The service was completely hassle free and we had the internet and our phones running within minutes of installation. Very professional!

First time I use this company but defiantly won't be the last. Extremely professional . Jack and Dan were the two technicians that arrive on site they had a look at the point to point link that I was having issues with and they identified the issue straight away and nothing was a big problems to them. they explain to me what they needed to do to fix the issue and they just got it fixed in no time at all. Would highly recommend this company Summit Internet. extremely happy with the service that they have provided. Job well done keep up the good work
